Bacchus blindtasting (Lasses appartment) : Golden amber colored. Cream caramel, nuts and roasted oak aromas. Delicious on the palate with apricot and nuts. Light and elegant with great balance between acidity and sweetness. The age has desolved most of the sugar, so this does not seem very sweet. Ending somewhat dry.
