1h air. Medium Ruby color. Chocolate, cherry, prune, clay pot, green peppercorn aromas. Medium-light body, satin texture, supple tannins, intense acidity. Chocolate citrus and red fruit on entry, spicy cinnamon in the mid-palate and finish. Very good value.

Picked for us by the Som @ SPQR . Had with beef tortelli. Lots of tobacco, earth, violets and fruit that was tamed and not overdone. Excellent food wine. Very good wine and an amazing dinner.
