Small of citrus, and a bit crackers. Hint of honey and pear on the palate, medium acidity

Opaque, hazy straw with some green. Cut apple and pear on the nose. Coarse, short mousse. In the mouth, ripe pear fruit on entry with a touch of mandarin orange, light acidity. Bubbles dissipate quickly leaving a viscous saline mouthfeel into a long, linear finish. A bit of a wheaty vibe. Fresh, interesting.
