On the nose- Big dark fruits, brambly berry pie, dark cherries, cassis, figs, plums, violets, pencil lead, wild herbs, incense, oak, vanilla, cigar box spice. On the palate- Big dark fruits and brambly berry pie, dark cherries and cassis, figs and plums, violets and pencil lead, wild herbs and incense, oak and vanilla with a bit of cigar box spice. This wine is killer now but can age for a few more years with no problem.
