Wow, weird... if poured blind I'd totally guess a dry German Riesling. So, that's basically what it smells like: clean aromas (saline) with some lychee, slate, steal, and creme caramel. Smells like a delicious desert. Palate offers a medium body, fairly creamy texture, showing soft luscious lemon curd with moderate (balanced) acidity. Very nice bottle. It's going great with Shrimp canapés. It's modern but restrained and lively.

Quite a big, slightly wild nose. Very rich, full palate. Big, round and open. Very attractive.
