medium lemon colour, clear, shiny, good. nose: very ripe, sweet lemons, apricots, orange notes, damson; herbs (sage); even some soft strawberry aromas. plus mineral, chalky notes. really attractive. taste: sweet, dried apricot, ripe mango, peach. Thick, creamy and mineral structure; long finish full of sweeter apricot. Great and alive!

pale colour - very good. nose: boild apples plus some candys, lemon and mineral notes. taste: oily, mineral with acidity crawling from behind; soft with very good balance.
