Formula One 2014 (F1 Paddock Club) : Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of gooseberry, citrus lemon-lime, and flinty minerality. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of gooseberry, citrus lemon-lime, and flinty minerality. Medium+ finish. Good quality. Nice flavour profile typical of Pouilly-Fumé. Nice to drink now, and can probably keep well for at least another 5 years. From 70 year …
