While I can imagine that this wine desperately needs (and deserves) some age, it was really unpleasant young. Immediately thought of sauerkraut and acetone, clearly volatile acids venting off at the start. Some red berries, cherry, raspberry and a touch of earth but also difficult to enjoy when it feels like drinking nail polish remover.

No bottle fermantation this time. Just lovely fruit along with barnyard, fur and biketube.

Nose: Rhubarb, redcurrant with an animal undercurrent. Rhubarb, redcurrant and other red berry components on the palate. This is organic wine that had no sulfur so a bit of fermentation went on after bottling, resulting in light prickling sensation on the tongue. Good long finish where liquorice and fur seems to come in to the picture. Good stuff.
