Served with a zucchini and cheese pie with salad. Golden corn color. Subdued lemon, rosemary, saline, (maybe preserved lemon profile?). In the mouth, a bit earthy, more seashore. I might take this for a light red with more acid than expected if I were blind tasting. Maybe some grilled pineapple or subdued mango in there. Fair pairing, enjoyable wine. One that keeps me coming back to figure out what I'm tasting.

Light golden yellow. Dry aromatic white with a distinctive citrus & herbal character. Very well made; good food accompaniment. "Pith" and "sea spray" are good, evocative descriptors.

Pale yellow in the glass, palate is dry with notes of stone fruits, citrus and a medium long finish. La Cave.

Pale lemon, watery rim, very few legs @12.5% abv. Medium(-) floral and stonefruit aromas, with slight mineral and seabreeze. Dry, medium(-) acidity, medium body and medium alcohol. Medium-medium(+) flavors of peach, yellow plum, white pepper, eucalyptus/pine, mineral. Balanced, rich and glycerine-like texture. Good length with aromatic, almost saline finish.

Wow, my first encounter of this wine which I'm sad to say I had not heard of before. Special stuff, with a character all its own. If anything it reminded me of vermentino with its saline/sea spray aspect, with the way its citrus is more pith than flesh, but there's orchard fruit here, too, and mountain stream. Old school and real.

Consistent with previous bottles, which is to say, quite good, perhaps even very good. Citrus, pith, sea spray, oyster shells and waxy orchard fruits on the nose. Nearly medium-bodied, dry and suave on the palate. Best served at 55F and followed as it warms, adding more floral and honey-ish notes as it does. Sadly my last bottle, at $20, it's a good value. recommended , 12,5% abv, drink thru 2015. https://italianwine.blog/
