Château Marouine Côtes de Provence Rosé

Age has gotten to it. No longer drinkable.

Great aperitif wine,but did not match the spice content of Siete Mares main dishes. It was very refreshing with the Ceviche. Rasberries and strawberries on the palate, more medium bodied for a rose with good finish.There was a lack of acid balance that kept it from going further.
