Pale yellow. Med intensity aromas of yellow apple, pear, honeydew melon, white flowers, anise, wet stone. Extra dry, w/ 12-14 g/L RS, nicely balanced by med to med+ acidity and med (-) alcohol (11%). Light-bodied, w/ med to med+ intensity flavors consistent w/ the nose, and a slightly bitter, grapefruit pith and wet stone finish that is typical of the Glera variety. So as a company they actually mostly prosecco. Craziness! I thought they made Brunello. This is the best seller all over the world. This is the extra dry. This is 100% Glera, all hand made. And all DOCG. They want to explain time of fermentation. Industralized, not feeling the grape and fruity. Here and longer fermentation and three times the normal time to get it creamy and elegant.
