Very interesting aromatic flavour with beautiful effervescence. Pairing with fried chicken took some of the fruit/floral out and made a fantastic complement! Highly recommend as a pairing with fried foods

A great value sparkler and easy enough to please a crowd. Very pale in colour. Peachy notes of muscat on the nose. Very fine mousse. Palate is like a fine peach cider (in a good way) with slightly bitter and cosmetic notes lingering. Well done.

Made from 100% Muscat Ottonel, this sparkling took me back to my travels through Hungary - especially the Eger region. For a new wine, it has an old-world appeal. Nice tiny bubbles in the glass, lemon zest & white floral aromas abound. A floral touch of violet colors the palate - as well as juicy orange pith. It finishes up clean & crisp. I have five bottles...will need more for the summer.
