Bright golden colour, impressive legs, complexe nose, exotic fruits, creamy texture, on the palate again a lot of exotic fruits, good acidity backbone, long finish. Excellent with perfect ripened french rawmilk cheese: epoisses, banon, franche-comté, camembert, etc.
