Pretty consistent with my notes from last year. Still get all the fresh green herbs, still get the cherries (!!), the orange peel and some ripe apricot. A little wet stone. Barrel and Library Tasting at Herrmann York Winery (Redlands, CA) : In 2021, the first vintage Herrmann York made this wine, it was made with extended maceration and labeled "Lopez Blanco". Pours cloudy but smells and tastes super clean. Burnt orange peel, ripe red cherries, caramel, mint, and sage on the nose. The cherries were a wild note to get from Palomino.
