Deep golden coloring. Pretty tight on the nose, but coaxing a little apple, sourdough, and river rock. Full body, medium acid and finish, and lightly oxidized notes and flavors of lemon, honeycomb, and saline. I've never had this, so can't say whether it's past prime, and it is still enjoyable, but I would believe that comment.

Excellent ! Très plein, une touche aromatique typique qui se révèle en finale, mais le vin est très droit, sans concessions, aucune mollesse ou lourdeur. Le lendemain, il est plus ouvert, mais garde toujours cette qualité de droiture, sans déviance. Il faut aller le chercher, mais vraiment très bien.

Straw yellow; floral, minerals, peaches, lychees, toffee, lychees; lychee, apricot, slightly buttery, elegant, medium body, good balance, lingering finish. Unique lychee/starfruit/buttery flavour with minerality, low acidity and slightly bitter finish. Different from any white I've had before, kept wanting another sip. Definitely for seafood.

This is an amazing, elegant wine, beautifully floral without being overbearing. It paired perfectly with the fresh, fresh sashimi and sushi. Bought several more bottles.
