Maris, Vermentino, Pays d'Oc

We didn’t like this. Agree with review that says it’s completely devoid of character.

I liked more than Lori

Utterly neutral, on the nose there is alcohol and sea air/salt, on the palate watery vermouth flavors, alcohol and not much fruit. This doesn't seem "flawed," just completely neutral, devoid of character or interest. Will crack another to see if this is just an off bottle. At least the winery is biodegradable ... Edit (11/16): This has improved a bit, softening and lengthening, but still precious little fruit unfortunately ...

Little lemon and vanilla on the nose. In fleshy, tasty, way. From the best cru of the Minervios. The most environmentally friendly project on the earth. Because the soil was dead from the previous owner. First E corp winery in all of Europe. "Combatting climate change head on." The whole winery is biodegrable so if humans walk away, it would just regenerate. Skin contact vermentino and that shows on the nose and palate. More so on the palate.
