Magnificent riesling with lovely balance of fruit with aged characters. It will change but now perfect.

Pear, apple, some Kero and toast. Palate in a good spot, acidity is moderated with the roundness of the profile. Mid length and good balance.

Riesling Riot 2018 : Pear and slate, lime and bath salts. Higher acidity gives this more energy and verve at the moment, really feeling full of life and spark. Excellent length and super potential.

Intense lime, some engaging florals and plenty of chalk. The palate is dense and intense but there's no heaviness. You get a suggestion of aniseed that works beautifully with the Tahitian lime flavours. The finish has plenty of dry extract and it is super long and refreshing.
