Maltby & Greek portfolio tasting (Vagabond Monument) : Macerated at low temperatures for 7 days, mostly stainless with a touch of oak. Real purity and freshness: bright pulpy strawberry - clean and bright, quite powerful. A really primary, delicious, clean Mavrotragano.
