Tight and acidic. Sweet allium notes on nose. Bloodroot cuts. Really acidic and lean with crystalline piercing flower petals. Rose's Lime. Shorter finish. Bright. Good. Airing really blew this up with intense aromatics and fennel on the palate.

Nose - nice melon, white flower Mouth - clean , dry, very aromatic, crisp lemon, and agree with Niklasw lots of green apple. quite high toned and elegant with a mineral spine. Recommended

Popped and poured at fridge temp. Very nice green apples with strong minerality, chalky slate on the nose. The palate is quite full bodied, good green fruit with a chalky streak here as well, with some sweetness. This could well get a tad better with a year more on it.
