Alpamanta, Natal Sauvignon Blanc, Mendoza

Bright and acidic, with some pleasant elderflower aromas. Perhaps a bit less aromatic than I’d like, just not all that much going on here, and the acidity doesn’t seem very well integrated with the rest of the wine. But on the whole, a pretty OK wine to have for an aperitivo. Five years seems a bit old for a Sauvignon Blanc, so maybe just a bit over the hill?
