Mature A bit of baked red fruit . Nice balance of acidity and alcohol. Pretty good, has had almost perfect storage since bought from the vineyard.

Saw a "value" rating from The Wine Spectator and now am questioning their judgment.

Excellent, had with lasagna. Lightly tobacco but not over powering.

Light on the nose and palate. Fruit takes a backseat to oak. Well balanced and smooth but not too complex. Easy drinking. Good value - definitely a good showing in the $15 - $20 range of Cali Pinots.

Nice, light style Pinot....light ruby color, light in weight and body. Cinnamon and some 5-spice on the nose, along with some raspberry notes and red stewed fruits. Quite restrained on the nose. On the palate again relatively light-weight confirming what was described on the nose with some fresh cherry in addition. Enjoyable, easy to drink lightweight style pinot.

- Crimsom color with fast forming legs. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry with a light/medium body. Flabby texture with a medium finish.

Very enjoyable, classic Pinot Noir, berry-red color, cherry, raspberry and black pepper on the palate. Better balance than 2007. Consistent performer and one of my perennial favorite Pinots.

Pop 'n pour. Had one glass at a party. Nicely balanced Pinot. Nothing remarkable but a decent Pinot.

Yummy - strong fruit nose (almost syrupy ) and flavor, but not sweet. WINEMAKER NOTES: "The nose shows cranberry, pomegranate, and a light plum note with cinnamon and cardamom spice. The palate delivers the nose elements well and adds touches of coffee, earth and smoke and has a long finish. Deep (nearly opaque) purple/ruby color."

Best wine I have ever tasted. So much more full of big bold flavor than any other wine I have ever experienced. Yet so clean and smooth. Simply brilliant. I can't wait to try it again. Thank you to Andy the Sommelier at Nosh Wine Bar in Omaha.

Impressive. Good for three nights. Nice Cally coastal fruit flavors which we prefer to Oregon and Washington.

Spicy and green pepper on the nose. Still some fruit. Bit of holly notes and gingerbread. Strawberry and blueberry as well. Pleasant, yet light.

Great Pinot Noir! Paired with chicken piccata and polenta with garlic, basil, prociutto, and white bean topping. Delish!

Nose of cherry and blackberry. Palate of dark chocolate cherry. Low tannin, but still rounded and in a more fruity style. Doesn't have complexity like great Pinot, but enjoyable.

Flush raspberry fruit to the nose. Smells ripe, and indeed, is rather ripe across the palate. Low acid, low tannins, soft, drink now. Tangy though, with some lingering complexity and some grip. I am wrong about those tannins, they creep up on the back end giving the wine some gumption. Not in the "great" category of wine yet damn drinkable and well done at $18.

Deep magenta. Boozy nose w/ sweet syrupy berry tones and bitter cacao liqueur. Just a hint of standard cola/strawberry/cherry. Surprising sour fruit - cranberry, pomegranate - leads to burnt toast flavors. Thin body. Saltiness develops, but lacks appropriate richness to back up salt and sour flavors. Booze prevents refreshment. Flavors finish unclean.

Deep (nearly opaque) purple/ruby robe with violet rim. Clean, intense nose of black cherries, smoked meats and Asian spices. Full-bodied and heavily-extracted on the palate, with medium acidity and medium sweet tannins. The flavors mirror the nose. No drop-off on the middle palate here...the fruit/extraction is not a mirage, persisting to a medium-to-long, smooth finish. This is very nice, new-world Pinot (and represents good value). Drink now-12/14.

lack complixity. Decanted - over a few hours it opened up but only to the extent that it fully displayed it ripe fruit. oak is reasonably well integrated. It is a decent cheap domestic Pinot.

91 plus points. One of my favorite Pinots. Oak, vanilla, and red fruit on the nose. More of the same on the mid-palate, with a soft finish. Not tart like some pinots. Very well balanced and a buy-again for the price.

I would guess some stems on the fruit, but nicely done, integrated. Pretty fruit character on the nose, showing Pinot's spice very nicely. Grip, but slight on the body, just enough to let you know its there, balanced in its big ness.

Cherry, raspberry and spices on the nose. Dark cherry, spice, and chocolate on the palate. Smooth, medium-plus finish. Well-balanced acidity. A good value, elegant, feminine Pinot Noir.
