A glass at Michelin starred Relae restaurant in Copenhagen. This Malbec (known as Cot in the Loire) is pretty disappointing. Slightly cloudy with a fairly light body. Lacks depth and complexity. Somewhat reminiscent of diluted artificial raspberry-flavoured juice concentrate. Mild metallic notes with a hint of a box of camera film. Part of the restaurant's suggested wine pairing.
