Taste of Tasmania 15/16 (Hobart, Tasmania) : {screwcap, A$26} Lime and chalk, zesty medium/high acid, fresh and zippy. Quite penetrating but a little sugar softens the acid and balances nicely. Light body, medium-length finish. Very nice wine for the price.
