Really intense at first. So much fruit and flowers on the nose. Equally voluminous palate, with apricot, orange zest, sweet herbs (tarragon) and beautifully integrated minerality.

Medium dark yellow. Wonderful nose. Tons of acidity. Nice flavors - yellow flowers, sunflower with hints of spice and loads of nuance. Drinks young and appears to have a very long life ahead. Sensational.

Christophe comes to town; 6/12/2011-6/14/2011 (NYC) : A beautiful showing - à point now but no rush. Still fresh, it has the rainwater over stones quality I love, an opulent mouthfeel yet fresh and poised at the same time.
