O'Shaughnessy Carménère

This unusual varietal that is rarely offerred as a solo wine has been well done by this winery. On the nose, is a nice blend of grape, rose, lavender, allspice with a touch of cedar. The tannins indicate that this wine can last for at least another five years in the cellar. Nice violet notes on the tongue with the tannins a bit on the still rough side.
