Grown at 800m and a yield of 6,000 kg/ha. Cold (<10°C) fermented with lees and biweekly bâtonnage. No oak. NOSE: White fruits; pear, possibly apple, some herbal notes. With higher temperature richer nose, more herbs; thyme and rosemary. TASTE: Fruity in a drier way, well structured with a nice core. OVERALL: A Verdejo on the more serious side.
