The Bruery So Happens It's Tuesday with Coffee

Solo domed to commemorate an accomplishment among friends and the eve of my anniversary! I didn't expect time to add much to this beer due to the adjunct, and I was mostly right. The darker roast on the beans contributed mostly bitter roastiness, especially after some time aging. While it certainly remains delicious, I still think the '18 edition of SHIT was so strong that it doesn't need adjuncts to add anything to it.

Another fantastic coffee stout from The Bruery, with a solidly dark roast adding a little bitterness to what is typically a quite sweet beer, and it definitely smooths out a bit as it warms. I do think the coffee is a bit too aggressive, but that could be because I think the base beer is SO good this year that any additions would be a negligible improvement at best.
