Dense purple in the glass, it shows aromas of intense blackcurrant, ripe plum, mocha and tobacco. The palate is full bodied and delicious. I found rich blueberry and toasty oak. Round, well balanced and with a lovely long finish.

Made from a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40 % Merlot the components of this wine are aged in French and American oak for 6-8 months. Dense purple in the glass, it shows aromas of intense blackcurrant, ripe plum, mocha and tobacco. The palate is full bodied and delicious. I found rich blueberry and toasty oak. Round, well balanced and with a lovely long finish. Amazing value at less than £15.
