the color is gorgeous, I hate using "honey" as a color descriptor, but it's honey color. initially a bit funky skin contacty smells but after an hour it showed a delicate corn tortilla, very subtle arid earth and mineral qualities, suppressed dried apricots and lemongrass. the fruit is hanging on by a thread. palate is saline, mineral, jasmine, green/yellow apple, lemon, thyme. a little warmth and spice going down. wild honey, dried lemon peel, white pepper finish with some length …
