Always very good quality with this property. Dark ruby colour, medium to full bodied. Merlot dominant. Fruit forward, black fruits, plums, cherry the favours stay long on palate. Very good quality price at 9€

From my TNs on the vintages from 2018, this most closely resembles the 2020 (drunk two years ago and the best of those) and from memory is perhaps even fuller and deeper. Medium/full bodied with lots of vigour showing red berry fruit together with a savoury tang, touches of ivy and fine earthy minerals, fresh non-astringent acidity and good backbone. I hope the store has some bottles left after their Foire aux Vins even if its price goes up. Very …

90% Merlot, 10% Cab Sauvignon. First line of the label reveals it was aged in oak barrels, wow! Traditional, midweight, and mineral-driven style. Not expressively fruited, more of the dusty and herbal side of cherry and cassis with an inky, almost metallic vein at the center that feels like it should be more than 10% Cab. Has some astringent tannins that would benefit from 1-2 years of bottle age.

Dark, meaty, earthy, red fruits with freshness, chewy tannins and a touch of salinity create this complex array of rocks and fruits. This full-bodied wine with its long mineral-driven finish will be better if you award it a few years in the cellar before popping a bottle.

Dark, earthy, red fruits, chewy tannins and a mineral-driven, salty, classic finish. Give this a few years in the cellar before popping a bottle. 89-91 Pts

Merlot shows. Very velvety. Nice fruit and integrated tannins. Give it 30 mins to open but did well over several hours.

Drank this tonight at The Tavern with my spouse. Made of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Ordered a 300ml serving from a bottle and served in a carafe. Purple in colour with chewy, rounded tannins. Notes of raspberries coupled with cheddar and plums filled the nose and mid-palate. Short to medium finish. This wine does not have much to shout about, but went very well with the foie gras and steak which we had.
