Darker cherry nose with accents of mint. The palate has juicy red fruit with some medicinal green notes, but is otherwise pure and straightforward. It is texturally silky with just a dusting of tannins to provide some grip. No oak at all. Perhaps a bit simple, but satisfying.

pale ruby. moderate intensity. strawberry, raspberry and red cherry with fresh Alpine herbs and soft earthiness. dry, with light body, plus acidity, and soft, dusty, integrated tannins. generally tart fruit that takes on bright herbal characters that contrast with the subtle soil notes. good length. 12.5% AbV; all Pinot Noir; 30% whole cluster; maturation in large and used Stockinger foudres and some neutral French oak barrels.

A little bit of that cool climate German Pinot action going on on the nose. And then a bit tart and tied up on the palate. And then some tartness on the palate as well.

Im Glas schönes, helles Kaminrot, transparent mit leichtem Wasserrand. Mittlere Viskosität. In der Nase fruchtig - schwarze und rote Beeren. Am Gaumen ebenfalls die Beeren, Kräuterwürze kombiniert mit belebender, trinkanimierender Säure und zurückhaltenden Tanninen. Der Körper schlank, der Nachgang mittellang, begleitet von einer herben Mineralik. Ein günstiger Pinot, der nicht zu viel abverlangt und einfach Spaß macht.
