from my dad's earthquake stash, a series of reds to numb the brain and anesthetize wounds until help can arrive. opened mainly with the idea to cook with it. bricked red in color, nose of light cherry, this comes across as a restrained pleasantly fruity quaff with a decent burst of acidity and then still bold tannins on the finish.
