Chamlıja Albariño Poyrali

The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit, lemon, apple, pear, pineapple, orange blossom and peach blossom. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon, apple, apricot and alcohol/hot. The body is medium/full. The wine has oily texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

Although it is a dry wine, it has quite a lot of bubbles but not moving, yet it remains as a still wine. The intensity of aromas on the nose and palate is pleasant, with notes of peach, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and light floral hints. On the palate, the alcohol is dominant. Despite the high aromatic intensity, the alcohol feels a bit overwhelming at the finish. The minerality is lower than I expected. It is fruitier than a standard Albariño. …
