Perfect match

Very balanced and varietally correct. Perfect with chicken tortilla soup. The sweetness is quite subtle and does not totally mask the phenolic structure. Not perfect but very nice.

Friday cocktail time with my son-in-law this went quickly, such a pleasure.

Very good Riesling flavors, not overpowering but not faint. Loved the balance for food, the slight sweetness is nicely acid balanced, the finish is quite attractive. Looking forward to trying with something spicy.

Off dry model Riesling, lots of green apple with enough acidity to keep it tasting dry or dry lush at least. Some honey and a little development too. This is very nice. Managed to polish off half a bottle by myself while preparing lunch.

Extremely pale. Light, spritzy lime and mineral nose with a little musk. Similar taste, varietally correct, fairly sweet and a touch dilute, lacking some acidity and intensity but clean and pleasant. Somewhat overpriced for the quality. [Screwcap; 11% abv; Vino Edinburgh, £14.25].
