They don’t call this ultra brut for nothing. This is very dry. Nose is all green apple, and honey with some yeasty notes. Palate a little austere initially but there’s more green apple here and some round development. Slightly tooth hurty on the finish though. More than one glass and you’ll need food and/or creme de cassis.
