(Christmas.Brunner) Herbacious, siu-yoke meaty-ness, leafy cola/sarsi, hint bluefruits, licorice, herby roots. Savoury, bitter fruits, chewy, ashy, sourcherry, and a quiet finish. Good, but possibly needs a bit more time to fully bloom.
