Unfortunately my last bottle :(. Still vibrant with a great nose of very ripe cherries with on the palate, balanced with earthy undertones.

MASTER BORGOGNA AIS; 10/15/2013-6/28/2014 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO) : 20% legno nuovo. 100% diraspato. Naso lapidario, mineralit� compatta e polvere. Come tirare un pugno nel marmo! Poi si perde, meno netto, poca dinamicit� sovrastata da un clima salmastro, umido, cozze e reti sul pavimento bagnato. In bocca � ancora giovane, un p� scomposto con tannini rustici e poco allungo.

Another 2005 Voillot winner. Violets and warm spices on the nose- a hint of nutmeg. The palate is liquid crystal- amazing texture and great flavor delineation- very much a "whole" wine with great balance.
