Not my favorite. Starts off as mostly an acid bomb with a bit of the classic Chenin texture. Improved on the second day, actually.

Sea salt, buttered popcorn, almonds on the slightly oxidative nose. A hint of we wool. Not much fruit at all. Lemon on the palate but otherwise flavors are consistent with the aromas. Medium body with high acid. Varietally correct for Chenin.
