Chilled for 1/2 hour in fridge. Served with grilled salmon marinated in soy rice wine vinegar sesame oil with ginger and green onion. Bright scarlet with a clear rim. Raspberry and rhubarb on the nose with a woody cinnamon note. Light weight with ripe cherry skin tannins. Fresh black raspberry and Bing cherry flavours with a touch of cinnamon and earth. Bright fresh lively finish. Great buy.
