Aged partly in stainless steel, partly in old oak. 13% alcohol, 5,5 g/l residual sugar, 8,5 g/l acidity. Intense, luminous pale lime green color. Rich and open nose with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, some creaminess suggesting oak aging, light sappy green tones, a little bit of beeswax, a hint of peach and a subtle touch of sweet oak spice.
