Pale gold coloured. Medium plus intensity aromas of honey, toast, almond, nougat, cream, yoghurt, lanolin and an almost confect melon note & touches of maderisation. In the mouth there is medium plus acidity, body and flavour intensity with flavours of honey, butter, cream, yoghurt. the long finish carries generous alcohol and introduces more spice and herbal notes that make the wine a touch more savoury. there is also a slight oxidative element on the palate. Très bon.

Beau nez floral, avec des touches de miel. La bouche est ronde, d'une belle richesse. Le caractère du chenin ressort surtout en finale, par une belle amertume végétale. C'est un bon vin, qui plaira aux amateurs du cépage, mais le vin est selon moi trop alcoolisé (14,8 degrés), dû moins cela est trop perceptible en finale.
