What a surprise! A nice crisp wine. Similar to chardonnay. Balanced, nice acid, very refreshing. Summer! Label specifies cold fermentation production and to pear with fish, seafood, pasta and paella.

light gold color. medium viscosity. aromas of green apples and pears. lemons, pineapple, bit of creamy pear on the palate. sharp acid, medium body, medium finish with some minerality. not bad for the price. great salad wine.
