pale yellow-straw, medium body, peat, smoked oak, Very smooth. Almost no heat on the lips, and a very subtle 'belly warm' Clean, a little caramel/toffee off the front, with a nutty mid-zone' I like it. Not that knowledgeable in this arena, but this strikes me a very good Irish Whiskey
