Kellerei Kaltern Caldaro Sauvignon Castel Giovanelli

Last bottle I drank this same vintage was a bit less than 2 years ago. I liked it but it was already passed it's peak. This bottle this time is not to drink anymore. No oxidation actually like expected but no presence of parfumes/smells no taste on the palate, simply a ton of (tired) acidity. Left it few minutes in the glass but did not develop in any way... Pity!
