Left Foot Charley Riesling Seventh Hill Farm

Drank with a summer salad of tomatoes and blue cheese, followed by pork steaks. We really enjoyed this, it had a nice balance, didn't taste overly sweet with the salad, was really nice with the pork. Wish it wasn't the last bottle.

Popped and poured, then finished the next night. Aroma is lemon sorbet and some minerals. Taste is pretty consistent, showing less sorbet smoothness as it gets closer to room temp and showing more acidity.

Took to group dinner at Trattoria Roma, and ended up drinking most of it myself. Not a lot of detailed notes, but a really nice mix of sweetness and tartness.
