Presently sweet up front with dry finish, light sparkle. I like. The wine looks Blonde colored. It smells like and Acacia. It tastes like and Raisin. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Short.

Had a wine tasting on 19 Feb for GT Alumni. Started with Prosecco which crisp and very refreshing. Very nicely balanced and not too sweet like some can be (for my tastes). Could taste the light fruits like honeysuckle and melon.

Seemed off, not the sparkling wine I thought it'd be, but slightly sparkling (frizzante) in character. Light apple notes, very thin mid-palate. A fresh and light wine for very spicy or hot-weather occasions. (May have miss-categorized this as Sparkling when it really was Frizzante.)

Lemony-yellow in the glass. Light, inviting nose of peach/pear. Ample flavors of peach, pear, and some mineral/steeliness on the finish. Well-balanced, just a hint of sugar (really, it's not even "off-dry,") with a surprisingly long finish. Great aperitif, or a basis for sparkling cocktails.

Alcohol: 10.5% Secco semi sparkling wine A very light taste with small bubbles. The wine is supposed to be light but was a little too light for my taste.
