Piazzo Comm. Armando Barbaresco

I had better

Bouquet of rose leads into dry palate of forest floor, berries and meat jus. Wine was still tight after three days. Did not expect this quality at this price point, but I think it just needs another 5-10 years and it will be a very nice "feminine" Barolo.

Not a Barbaresco expert, but this wine was way too tight and astringent even after decanting and waiting 30 minutes. It had that sour cherry thing going on, but very light nose. The wine was not flawed, simply thin and not very impressive.
