This one is the best sweet white wine I have tasted ever(event better than 1983,2005,2007 d'Yquem and 2001 Climens), the acidity, not as mouth-watering as well-made TBAs, pursuits a better expression of balance even if the sugar level reaches as high as 220g/L. Strong sweat wine dominated by caramel concentration, and bitterness. Definitively to young even if the fruit dimension is jammy. A bit unbalanced if you're (and they 're) looking for perfection. 'Don't look for any food match', this wine is an outsider, as the wine maker said. But concentration is huge, acidity enough high for the main flavor: caramel. find at least 8 guest to drink this bottle. Rating 93 is tough.

Sweet mulberries was the dominant fruit for me with a burnt caramel finish which was more dry than sweet. Deep golden hues. This is still a baby but has massive depth. A monumental wine almost in a category of its own, picked grape by …
