PnP Fogo de Cao DC. “1/2 price” South American wine. PnP got better with 30 minutes of air. Clean fresh well integrated black and blue fruits. Medium finish. Paired well with beef chicken pork cheese and everything else a Brazilian steakhouse could throw out. Crowd pleaser for sure. I’d guess 3-5 years of shelf life, not built for the long haul.

PnP, grilled meat, maybe bbq. Blackberry coming through olive oil. Opening up to cedar, more berries. Almost floral. Plum, and warm blackberry cobbler. Juicy.
