Solid but a bit more herbaceous than I like

This is a lively, maybe youngish, med dry red. It’s very purple, with pleasant fruit and a little leather on the nose. It has a nice mouth feel and agreeable red fruit. It mellowed a bit over an hour in the glass. It went well with pizza topped with shiitake mushrooms. It reminds me generally of a Cote de Rhône style. Notes from Day 1. We’d be happy to enjoy it again.
